Lil' Dolly Designs tend to be a little girlie, feminine and usually vintage-inspired. Bold colors and eye-catching designs are our trademark.

Lil' Dolly Designs is named for my grandmother, Dolores, who everyone called "Dolly." She truly was a doll, inside and out. I miss her very much and am so sad she never got to see her great-grandchildren.

My name is Kelly and I'm the force behind Lil' Dolly Designs. Many of my clients ask me how I do it... stay at home taking care of my children during the day and then going to work on the computer every night. The answer is simple. I love what I do and there is virtually no line between work and play for me. Designing is a passion for me. If it wasn't a job, it would be a hobby. My grandfather always told me, if you love what you do you never work a day in your life. How true.

Professionally, I have BA's in Mass Communication and Women's Studies. After college, I received certifications in Web Design and Development. I have worked at a prestigious business consulting firm, participated in a dot com startup, owned a brick and mortar store, and two online businesses!

I always thought I would be a work-outside-of-the-home-mom, but after my maternity leave was up, I couldn't bring myself to leave Anya on a full time basis.

So I didn't.

After many different turns, yet another move, and another baby, I came to the conclusion that a web-based business was the only way I could attempt to "have it all."

Having always been an artsy kinda person, web design has become my calling. Lil' Dolly Designs affords me the opportunity to stay home with my children, work for myself, be creative and help other WAHMs succeed in their ventures as well.
