Payment

Fifty percent of your project cost is due before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due after the design is approved by you and before it is uploaded to your web host.

If you are placed on a waiting list, a non-refundable $250 is required to secure your spot on my schedule. Your first payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due before work begins, and the rest after the design is approved and before it is uploaded.

Due to the creative nature of my products, all sales are final and all monies received are non-refundable. Once a payment is received I begin the creative process which is not always tangible. This requires time and energy on my part, and therefore payment cannot be refunded. If you are unable to make a payment or continue with a project after a deposit or payment is made, I can reschedule your project for a later time.

Please know that I will work with you as much as humanly possible to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase from Lil' Dolly Designs.

Terms & Conditions

All images, graphics and pictures on this website are copyrighted by Lil' Dolly Designs and are therefore the creative property of Lil' Dolly Designs.

When you purchase any design from LIl' Dolly Designs you are purchasing the right to use the designs and code as they are sent to you.

You may not alter, share, sell, or use them for any other purpose besides what you have purchased them for.

For example, you may not use a logo purchased for use in your ebay store on your web site without contacting me first. You may not use graphics from your purchased web site for your ebay templates, unless otherwise agreed to at the time of sale.

You must leave the Lil' Dolly Designs credit link at the bottom of your templates, web site pages, ebay storefronts and eBay About Me pages.

Client Responsibility

Once we begin your project, it is your responsibility to be available via email to provide input, answer questions and give creative feedback and approval in a timely fashion. Any delays on your part will increase the length of your project timeframe and may result in rescheduling.

Privacy Policy

As part of the design process, your name, email address and other information are collected. Any information collected during the course of your project remains strictly private and will NEVER be shared with a third party.
