All images, graphics and pictures on this website are copyrighted by Lil' Dolly Designs and are therefore the creative property of Lil' Dolly Designs.

When you purchase any design from us you are purchasing the right to use the designs and code as they are sent to you.

You may not alter, share, sell, or use them for any other purpose besides what you have purchased them for.

For example, you may not use a logo purchased for use in your ebay store on your web site without contacting me first. You may not use graphics from your purchased web site for your ebay templates, unless otherwise agreed to at the time of sale.

You must leave the Lil' Dolly Designs credit link at the bottom of your templates, web site pages, ebay storefronts and eBay About Me pages.

Websites will be uploaded to your web host via FTP (file transfer protocol). For this reason, you will need to email me your web host login and password information in order for me to upload your web site.

Business cards, mommy cards, ebay items and logos will be delivered to you via email. You must provide me with a valid email address at checkout in order to receive these items.

Pre-made designs are shipped or installed within 72 hours after I receive payment and your custom information.

Custom designs take up to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on the amount of work involved and my current schedule. I will inform you of any delays in my scheduling at the time of sale.

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. Please know that I will work with you as much as humanly possible to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase from Lil' Dolly Designs!

Customer Service is my number one priority! I am very proud to have never had an unhappy customer! I work very hard to ensure that every design I create is original, functional and that you know how to use it.

Whether you have purchased a pre-made template or a custom web site, I will work closely with you to make sure you are happy. I am always available for questions and concerns and will return emails within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

Payment is accepted securely through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase, just a valid credit card.

Custom web site designs start at $400 USD. The price will vary based on your needs. When you contact me for a quote, I will give you a quote that is good for THIRTY days, after that time it is subject to review. Additional fees may incur, but I will inform you of that before beginning any additional work that would cause this.
